Refund policy

Standard Items:

• We're sorry if your order isn't right! Returns or exchanges are accepted on standard items within 14 days of receipt.
• When returning an item please make sure the items are unworn with the swing tag and hygiene label still intact.
• When trying on swimwear please try these on over your knickers.
• If the items are returned in an unsellable condition, we have the right to refuse a refund.
• If you would like to return your item please drop us an email over at care@ohkini.co.uk and we will send you a returns form.

Customised Items:

• These items are not refundable due to them being customised for you, we can offer an exchange for sizing purposes only but please ensure you try and choose the correct size 💖

We recommend you return your parcel via signed for delivery as we are not liable for your return, thank you!
